| The TCO Toolbox
is a key element to the TCO
Appraisal™ process. It is a patent pending software tool
that utilizes the customer's downtime costs, labor rates, and activity
information. Once this data is entered into the Toolbox, the detailed
TCO Existing Solution Flowchart is generated. Next, the solution data
is entered into the TCO Toolbox, and the TCO
Solution Flowchart is generated. Finally, the TCO
Bar Chart is created from the results of the Existing and Solution
Flowcharts. A non-disclosure form is built into the software, so that
data confidentiality is ensured.
The TCO Toolbox is unbiased towards vendor products and can be used for products, systems, and services outside of Baldor. The TCO Toolbox runs on Windows 95, 98 and
NT, 2000 and XP incorporating Microsoft Vision Technology. If you
